A members-only ritual house, kept for a weekly hour of calm.
There are the rooms you move through each day — the kitchen, the meeting room, the hallway of interruptions. Spaces that ask something of you.
The Seventh Room is the one kept apart: warm, quiet, architectural. We’re shaping it for Ely and the North Cambridge corridor.
If this room feels like something you’d return to…
Registering interest only. No pricing. No launch date.
A simple passage: heat, steam, cold, then quiet. You move at your own pace, in a house designed to keep the world out.
Heat Room
Dry heat and dark wood. Air tuned for an even, grounding warmth. A place to arrive and to settle.
Steam Room
Soft warmth and low light. Steam rises gently, letting breath lengthen and the pace drop.
Cold Well
Stone, shadow, and cool water gathered beneath low light. Set beside the heat so contrast feels natural and clear.
Quiet Room
Greenery in darkness and warm pockets of light. A silent room for sitting, closing your eyes, and letting your body rest.
The Ember Deck
Outside, water, timber and fire come together. In winter, the air is sharp while the tubs glow. In summer, evenings stretch long and the heat line finishes beneath open sky.
Occasional updates only, when there’s something real to share.
Membership is how this room stays protected — numbers stay limited and bookings are controlled so the house remains warm, quiet and calm. Keys shape rhythm and access. Details will come later.
Room Key
Entry to the house. A weekly return, kept simple.
Inner Key
More time in the warm rooms. More space to slow down.
Seventh Key
The rarest key. A deeper room, held further inside.
How it works
In time, different keys will shape how often and how deeply you return. Book times in advance through a simple, quiet app. We keep numbers low so you never arrive to a crowd, you can return whenever you need a quieter room.
Why we keep numbers low
Calm is only predictable when it is protected. That means holding the line on memberships, bookings and noise, even when demand is high.
Founding members
When the house is ready to share, a small number of early memberships will be offered first to people in the waiting room.
Join the waiting roomLight falls, sound softens and the outside world drops away in stages. The building itself is part of the experience.
The journey
You step through warm shadow, leave your things behind and move gradually through heat, steam, cold and quiet.
Each doorway brings you further from noise and closer to your own breath. The house is organised as a simple passage from outside to inner peace.
Materials
- Natural plaster and smoked oak.
- Stone under bare feet and warm, indirect light.
- Linen and wool where the body meets fabric.
- Plants chosen for shape and shadow, not abundance.
Occasional updates only, when there’s something real to share.
We’re exploring a quiet site within easy reach of Ely and the North Cambridge corridor — with parking, privacy, and space for an outdoor deck.
Location
When a site is confirmed, we’ll share directions, photographs of the approach, and what the arrival will feel like.
The space will sit close enough to reach in minutes and far enough from the usual noise that time here feels separate from the rest of your week.
How a visit works
- Book your time in the app.
- Arrive a little early and park in the dedicated bays.
- Step through reception, change and move at your own pace.
- Leave when you feel ready to return to your day.
Occasional updates only, when there’s something real to share.
Is this a gym?
No. There are no machines or classes. The house is built entirely around heat, steam, cold and quiet.
Can I visit without being a member?
Possibly, on limited occasions. If we offer a small number of first visits, the waiting room will hear first.
Is it adults-only?
Yes. The rooms are designed around adult calm. There are no family swim times or children’s areas.
Is it suitable if I am new to saunas or cold water?
Yes. You move at your own pace, and everything is optional.
How often should I come?
Many people find a weekly pattern helpful, some visit more often when they need a quieter room. There are no attendance targets.
What happens when I join the waiting room?
You’ll receive occasional updates when there’s something real to share: the confirmed site, first photographs, and the first chance to request an early membership.
The waiting room is how we’ll share the first real milestones — and invite a small number of people to be first through the door.
Leave your email and we’ll send occasional, quiet notes when there is something real to share: the confirmed site, first photographs, and early membership invitations.
This list is held quietly. No campaigns. No launch countdowns.
